Hi Guys!
So I have had some thoughts and realized after going to bed too late and eating Rather unhealthy I have been looking tired and unhealthy. So now Im going to share how to stay healthy and good healthy ways to show it on your face!
First off stay hydrated! Drink water regularily and always have a waterbottle with you when your gone for extended amount of hours. A good way to stay hydrated but have a sweet filling snack is drink Gatorade! Gatorade comes in many flavours and is only thirty calories ( I suggest having one everyday or two if you really like them and drinking them over an hour or two to make them last ) They have low sodium and no trans fat Its main ingrediant is water and thats what your body loves!
Second is protect from the sun. UV rays are so harmful to your eyes and skin. It causes skin cancer ( Melenoma ) and crows feet ( wrinkles around the eyes ) and also sun spots. To stay protected use a moisturizer every morning with at least spf 15. Most like from Paulas Choice are absorbed and work well under makeup! I would suggest carrying some in your purse always.
and last is to excersice and eat healthily!
Stay healthy!

Oily skin care
Hi everyone! I have Oily skin and im sure some of you do too.
Oily skin issues that keep popping up with myself are
that my foundation turns orange or pink, lip gloss enhances the oil and that moisturizers are very hard to get under control but hopefully I can share some good sites to help you out and my own knowledge!
First off lets talk about the foundation troubles. I gave up on powder a while ago because everytime I found a perfect shade it would deminish over the hours of the day and turn a brassy orange. I solved this by using liquid foundation and always getting a shade lighter, it helps stop the orange come out. But sometimes it is handy to have a powder to achieve a certain look so what I do is prime the skin then take a smaller tipped brush and pat on some powder in the areas of redness or blemishes!
Next up LIP GLOSS!
now with oily skin I notice that when you have shiny lip gloss it doesnt look as good as it could! so What I discovered is go for a nude lip! Take you pen concealer and apply a very thin layer to lips then take a tinted lip balm ( not gloss ) to not only hydrate the lips but to add a soft supple look to them :)
And last but definately not least is moisturizer! Im so scared to try different moisturizers because I donèt want to break-out but, after finding fun and easy :natural: ways to hydrate and moisten my skin I was so happy! First off you want to close your pores so take some baking soda ( about two table spoons ) in the palm of your hand and add water to make a paste. Make sure you face is clean before gently rubbing the paste on your face. After about thirty seconds of massaging not scrubbing, rinse off with cold water to close the pores. After you pores are closed take an egg and remove the yolk ( cook the whites...mmm ) smoosh the yolk together with a fork then apply all over face. Let it dry for acouple minutes then rinse once again with cold water. After all that take some ice and rub on areas of redness :)
